Contract About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry who will be responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in handling large data sets and hands-on experience with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP for reporting and data validation purposes. Key Responsibilities: Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets, databases, and systems. Use Pivot Tables to summarize, analyze, and present data effectively. Apply VLOOKUP and other Excel formulas for cross-referencing and validating data. Perform routine data checks to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information. Generate and prepare basic reports to support business operations. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate data flow. Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory). 1–3 years of experience in data entry or related administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data filtering/sorting). Strong typing speed and accuracy. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently. Basic knowledge of other MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience handling large data sets. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
