Freelance to Perm Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, design, and animate high-quality 3D visuals for campaigns, brand assets, and immersive experiences. Leverage AI tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, MidJourney, Higgsfield, Stable Diffusion) to develop innovative workflows that enhance animation and storytelling. Collaborate with designers, creative directors, and brand strategists to translate ideas into motion. Build efficient pipelines that integrate AI-assisted generation with traditional 3D workflows. Stay ahead of industry trends in generative AI, VFX, and animation to keep the studio on the cutting edge.
Qualifications
Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery in 3D animation (Cinema4D, Blender, Maya, Houdini, Unreal Engine, or equivalent). Proven experience integrating AI tools into creative production. Ability to balance artistic vision with technical execution. Strong problem-solving and innovation mindset; thrives in experimental and fast-paced environments. Experience working with lifestyle, fashion, or editorial aesthetics is a plus.
