What You’ll Do ✔ Assist in managing construction projects from start to finish ✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and design professionals ✔ Maintain accurate and timely project documentation ✔ Support the Project Manager in budget, schedule, and contract management ✔ Coordinate subcontractor agreements and material procurement ✔ Oversee the submittal and shop drawing process, ensuring timely review and approval ✔ Create, distribute, and track Requests for Information (RFIs) ✔ Assist in developing and managing project schedules ✔ Process owner and subcontractor change orders ✔ Organize and document project meetings, agendas, and minutes ✔ Promote and enforce jobsite safety standards ✔ Manage project punch lists and closeout documentation ✔ Participate in company safety training and compliance programs
What We’re Looking For ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience ✔ OSHA 10-Hour Training Certification (or willingness to obtain within the first year) ✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills ✔ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously ✔ Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills ✔ Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and take initiative ✔ Familiarity with construction management software (Vista by Viewpoint, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Microsoft Project) ✔ Basic understanding of construction means and methods ✔ Ability to travel between project sites and offices as needed
