Construction Project Manager

Qualifications:
This position operates in a highly complex work environment facilitating the demolition and construction project teams for the NorPro expansion project in Wheatfield. . Chosen candidate will be excellent at communicating and providing transparency at multiple levels within the organization. They will have proven experience managing complex schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams and complex problem solving.
*Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
*Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, including PEMB projects.
It is preferred that the candidate have:
*PMP or equivalent project management certification
*OSHA 30 certification (required or must be obtained within 90 days)
*Experience with LEED or sustainable building practices
*Proven experience managing complex schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
*Knowledge of environmental regulations, demolition protocols, and construction safety standards.
*Familiarity with commissioning processes and technical documentation workflows.
*Proficiency in project management software and CAD software (e.g. MS Project, AutoCAD, or equivalent).
*Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
The client is seeking a highly skilled, safety-focused Construction Project Manager to lead a major brownfield, redevelopment project involving the demolition of a large, existing structure and the new construction of a new Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB). The ideal candidate will manage all phases of the project lifecycle with a strong emphasis on onsite jobsite safety, regulatory compliance, transparent budget oversight, contractor management and cross-functional site coordination. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively bridge the gap between project deliverables and stakeholder expectations, coordinate technical input, manage critical project deliverables and ensure that all construction, design, and commissioning activities are executed to the highest standards. The candidate will also support the delivery, installation, and commissioning of critical equipment for the new facility and act as the Project Manager for those efforts when required.
