Key Responsibilities Payroll Processing: Accurately process biweekly and special payrolls for a large, commission-based workforce using

. Validate commission calculations, bonuses, and other variable pay components. Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and review reports for accuracy. Tax Compliance & Jurisdiction Setup: Manage multi-state payroll tax compliance, including local tax requirements. Partner with federal, state, and local agencies to establish new tax accounts in additional jurisdictions. Ensure timely and accurate filing of all payroll tax returns and payments. Audit & Reporting: Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare audit-ready documentation. Generate payroll and tax reports for Finance, HR, and leadership teams. Employee Support: Respond to payroll-related inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. Educate employees on payroll processes, tax withholdings, and commission statements. Qualifications Experience:

5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role. Systems:

Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws, multi-state compliance, and commission-based payroll. Technical Skills:
