GSS Safety is a manufacturer specializing in a variety of ANSI/ISEA approved Hi-Visibility apparel including vests, t-shirts, waterproof jackets, waterproof rain gear, accessories, and more. Our goal is to constantly strive to protect workers from serious hazard of low visibility. Our products have been tested by most International standards like ANSI/ISEA 107-2015, NFPA 701-2004. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, establish and improve standardized processes and operating procedures for receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment. Plan and optimize warehouse layout and storage allocation to enhance space utilization and picking efficiency. Ensure inventory records match physical stock, improve inventory data accuracy, and regularly conduct stocktaking with variance analysis. Supervise execution of key warehouse activities (receiving, picking, packing, shipping) and continuously improve efficiency and accuracy. Establish and maintain warehouse management policies to enhance operational standardization and workplace safety. Promote the implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP) to strengthen digital management. Define and track warehouse KPIs (on-time receiving rate, order accuracy rate, inventory accuracy rate, operational efficiency, etc.). Coordinate communication with procurement, supply chain, production, logistics, and sales departments to ensure smooth material and product flow. Manage and train warehouse staff to improve team execution and overall operational performance.
Requirements Associate degree or above, preferably in logistics management, warehouse management, supply chain management, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years’ warehouse management experience; familiar with warehouse operations and management models. Experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, or FMCG industries is preferred. Knowledge of warehouse planning, storage management, inventory control, and logistics distribution. Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP) and office software, with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. Strong abilities in on-site management, process optimization, and execution. Highly responsible, with excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills. Able to work under pressure, result-oriented, and adept at continuously improving warehouse efficiency.
