Role Description Studio A
is looking for a talented and motivated
Project Architect/Project Manager
. The position is based in Louisville, KY but offers flexibility for hybrid in-office/ remote work. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in construction documents and construction administration. A qualified applicant will be leading a small team on a variety of projects. Multi-family and Senior Care projects experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities Develop schematic designs Communicate with the client’s representatives Direct and coordinate production of construction documents Work and coordinate with engineering consultants throughout all phases of the project Lead project coordination meetings Perform construction administration duties Participate in marketing efforts including attending presentations to prospective clients Mentor junior staff
Qualifications and Skills Professional degree in Architecture 5+ years of related experience Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam Studio and MS Teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems Experience in Senior Care or Multi-Family projects preferred.
