Construction Administration Manager , you'll be the critical link between our design vision and the finished aquatic experience. You'll ensure our projects are built to the highest standard, guiding contractors, supporting owners, and making sure every detail reflects our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Conduct site visits to verify construction aligns with design intent and specifications. Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs to keep projects on track. Lead or participate in construction administration and Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings. Collaborate with architects, engineers, owners, and project managers to resolve challenges. Evaluate existing aquatic facilities and produce clear, actionable audit reports. Share lessons learned to improve firm-wide standards and elevate our design practice. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (experience considered in lieu of degree). 2+ years in construction administration or management; 5+ years with aquatic, sports, or institutional projects preferred. Familiarity with construction methods, codes, and aquatic systems. Ability to interpret drawings and specifications with precision. Strong communication and coordination skills. Why Join Us?
