My client, a state renowned commercial glazing and curtain wall industry leader based in South Florida is seeking a skilled construction professional to serve and be a vital contribution to the preconstruction department. This role will be office based and you will be assisting the Estimating team with plenty of growth and development opportunities, working under the best hands to deliver the stunning designs and innovation to Miami's skyline.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with estimators to assign and prioritise bid opportunities. Supporting with Bidding Documentation, managing bid invitations through the use of relevant software Prepare and submit pre qualification documents, bid forms, and proposal information Maintain up-to-date records of all bid submissions and contracts Collaborate closely with estimators to make sure that bid proposals meet company standards. Assist in collecting vendor quotes and subcontractor pricing specific to glazing projects Help manage follow-ups, including clarifications and revisions Maintain and update an organised digital filing system for all bid documents.
Qualifications: Knowledge and familiarity with construction bidding platforms and bid preparation Basic understanding of construction documents (plans, specs, scopes). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner Experience working with a subcontractor, especially in the commercial glazing, curtain wall, and façade industry is preferred! Experience with Bluebeam take off software is essential
