Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership:
Manage end-to-end construction projects with a focus on modular construction, from initial planning through completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Team Coordination:
Supervise and coordinate all project team members, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Budget and Cost Control:
Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, schedules, and resources, proactively managing risks and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Compliance and Standards:
Ensure projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards. Stay updated with best practices and trends in modular construction. Vendor Management:
Manage vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts where necessary, and ensure timely delivery of building components and materials. Problem-Solving:
Resolve field issues promptly, using innovative and practical solutions to address unexpected challenges. Client Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and managing expectations to ensure customer satisfaction. Process Improvements:
Identify and implement efficiency improvements in modular construction processes to drive project success and innovation. Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered. Experience:
7+ years of experience managing construction projects, specifically with modular or prefabricated construction projects. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, or similar), construction scheduling, CAD or BIM software, and cost estimating tools. Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively, fostering collaboration and teamwork. Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to various stakeholders. Problem-Solving Mindset:
