Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Inventory Planner to manage and optimize inventory levels across wholesale accounts. This role plays a critical part in supporting financial goals by ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time. The Inventory Planner will collaborate cross-functionally and leverage data-driven insights to inform planning and inventory decisions.

Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels for wholesale channels, balancing supply and demand to meet financial and operational targets. Partner closely with sales, finance and production teams to align on inventory strategies and ensure inventory supports both sell-in initiatives and ongoing replenishment needs. Develop and update inventory forecasts, incorporating sales trends, and historical performance Inventory Analysis: Track and analyze inventory performance; identify slow-moving, excess, or obsolete inventory and propose actionable solutions to improve turnover and reduce risk. Create and present regular reports on inventory health, sales trends, and key risks or opportunities to senior management and stakeholders. Maintain transparent and proactive communication on inventory status, upcoming purchase needs, and financial implications with cross-functional partners. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline inventory processes, improve forecast accuracy, and enhance inventory flow across the supply chain.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field ~2–4 years of experience in inventory planning, demand planning, or supply chain management ~ Proficiency in Excel and Business intelligence tools ~
