We’re looking for a detail-oriented
Architectural Draftsman
to join our residential construction team. In this role, you’ll bring new home designs and community developments to life—creating construction drawings, coordinating with architects and engineers, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and on budget. What You’ll Do Draft detailed residential floor plans, elevations, and site layouts Prepare lot-specific site plans and ensure product fitment on jobsites Coordinate with architects, engineers, and truss manufacturers on construction documents Work with the Development and Construction teams to design and plan new products and community amenities (clubhouses, pools, landscaping, etc.) Keep specs, details, and marketing plans up-to-date Oversee plan releases and support permitting timelines What We’re Looking For Experience in residential construction drafting (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) Strong understanding of building codes and permitting Ability to coordinate across multiple teams (development, construction, purchasing, sales) Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Why Join Us You’ll play a key role in shaping the look and feel of new residential communities—helping bring great designs from concept to reality.
