Senior Project Manager

with deep experience in structural steel and pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) systems to join their high-performing team. A Day in the Life of the Senior Project Manager In this role, you’ll be leading large-scale structural steel and PEMB projects across diverse sectors, including industrial, commercial, oil & gas, data centers, aviation, and more. You’ll oversee everything from scheduling to billing to team development, all while working closely with general contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. This is a key leadership role with direct impact on project success, client satisfaction, and company growth.

Leading the full project lifecycle: estimating support, contracting, scheduling, financial auditing, billing, and closeout Planning erection sequences and overseeing execution timelines Managing and mentoring a team of 4+ Project Managers and 4+ Assistant PMs (as you grow into the role) Using tools like Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and 3D modeling platforms to drive project efficiency Managing approximately $100M+ in project value annually Participating in travel 1–2x/month for site visits and team coordination

At least 3 years in an office-based construction PM role ~ Strong people management experience—mentoring, performance reviews, and leadership input ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling tools ~ Solid grasp of financial and contract management ~ Experience with both structural steel and PEMB projects (steel preferred) ~ Able to work onsite AND able to travel to sites 1-2 times/month
