Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to leadership and team members, including scheduling, calendar management, and correspondence.

  • Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist with meeting preparation, coordination, and follow-up.

  • Maintain organized filing systems, records, and databases.

  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment as needed.

  • Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional, reliable, and adaptable with a strong attention to detail.
