We are seeking a motivated Administrative & Customer Service Representative who is bilingual in Spanish and English to support our operations and provide exceptional service to our diverse customer base.

Position Overview

The Administrative & Customer Service Representative will play a dual role in supporting the company’s administrative operations and delivering front-line customer service. This individual will be responsible for managing office tasks, coordinating communication, and assisting customers with inquiries, billing, and service needs.

Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is required, as many of our customers are Spanish-speaking.

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service via phone, email, and in-person.

Handle customer inquiries regarding accounts, billing, service requests, and company policies.

Translate information and assist Spanish-speaking customers to ensure understanding and satisfaction.

Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scheduling, and document management.

Process payments, maintain records, and prepare routine reports.

Coordinate with field staff and other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Support office operations by ordering supplies, managing correspondence, and assisting with projects.

Uphold company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of administrative or customer service experience (utility or service industry experience a plus).

Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) required.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, data entry systems).

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
