*Overview:* We are hiring *Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)* for two specialized teams: *Multi-Family Housing Support* and *Mortgage Support*. These roles are ideal for empathetic individuals with strong customer service skills and relevant industry experience.
*Multi-Family Housing CSR * *Responsibilities:*
* Assist renters, tenants, and property managers with housing resources and referrals. * Support individuals facing eviction or homelessness with compassion and professionalism. * Handle inbound calls regarding rental issues, tenant complaints, and housing inquiries. * Use a knowledge base to provide accurate information and document interactions in an internal system. *Requirements:*
* 2+ years of property management experience. * 1+ year of contact center or phone-based customer service experience. * High School Diploma or GED. * Must be able to work until 8:00 PM. *Mortgage CSR - $23.33/hr* *Responsibilities:*
* Handle inbound calls related to FHA, VA, and conventional mortgage inquiries. * Provide guidance on FHA Connection, underwriting guidelines, lender certification, and HUD home purchasing. * Support real estate professionals, nonprofits, and government entities with FHA/HUD requirements. * Use a knowledge base to deliver accurate information and document customer interactions. *Requirements:*
* 2+ years of mortgage experience (e.g., loan processor, underwriter, servicing, etc.). * High School Diploma or GED. * Must be able to work until 8:00 PM. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.61 - $23.32/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
