Job Description
Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full-time Administrative Assistant for the Cardiovascular Imaging Center-Union at Overlook Medical Center to work 7:00am - 5:00pm.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Selected candidate will be responsible for registration of patients, insurance verification, scheduling, and phone management.
Minimum Education:
High School diploma or GED required
Minimum Experience:
Registration, insurance authorization and/or private practice front end experience preferred
Experience with EPIC Cadence or Cupid strongly preferred.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills a must.
Candidate should be flexible with start and end time of day based on needs of patient scheduling.
Travel between sites in the AHS area may be required based on staffing needs
