What You'll Do * Be the first point of contact for our valued customers, delivering exceptional service with empathy and professionalism. * Answer inbound calls and assist with insurance product information, claims intake, and policy status updates. * Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to self-service tools. * Identify upsell opportunities and transfer calls to our PFP sales team to help drive revenue. * Maintain high standards for call quality, handle time, and customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with teammates across Chicago, Arizona, and South Carolina * Participate in mentorship and training opportunities to help others grow while expanding your own skills. What You Bring * Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills. * Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred for 2 of the 3 openings. * Experience in call centers, insurance, financial services, or medical support is a plus. * Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and take initiative. * A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
