What you''ll do:
- Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer orders safely and accurately.
- Complete and maintain records as required by the company and government regulations.
- Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed.
- Load or assist in loading trailers with materials.
- Unload or assist in unloading trailers of bulk chemical and fertilizer at the facility, safely and efficiently by using a forklift or hand truck.
- Be aware of the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precautions.
- Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently.
- Clean and conduct proper maintenance on equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you''ll bring:
- High School diploma.
- Driving experience preferred.
- Must have a driving record that meets company standards.
- Must meet Department of Transportation physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening.
- A CDL is required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
- Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary estimate for the Delivery Driver role in Illinois is $15.00 - $22.00 per hour. This range is a general guide and can vary based on factors such as candidate skill set, experience, training, licensure and certifications, location, and other business needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ by location.
