Systems Integration & Tech Stack Management
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between NetSuite and business platforms (e.g. Shopify, POS, Avalara, 3PL, CRM, payment gateways) via Celigo or similar iPaaS
- Resolve sync and data flow issues across the tech stack, escalating to vendors when needed
- Maintain documentation of system architecture, process flows, and integration logic
- Test new features and updates to identify and prevent potential issues
SaaS & Vendor Management
- Administer SaaS platforms and track software licenses across departments
- Support vendor negotiations to streamline contracts, pricing, and renewals
- Identify opportunities to consolidate tools and reduce cost
- Document software usage and access control policies
