Cleaning Specialist Job at United Shore Financial Services LLC in Pontiac

The Cleaning Specialist is responsible for maintaining the facility and surrounding grounds, including but not limited to entryways, stairwells, restrooms, kitchens, and lobby areas.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Maintain floors, restrooms, kitchens, and stairwells
• Dust furniture as needed
• Remove snow from all entry and exit doors (seasonal)
• Empty and remove all trash from break room areas throughout the day
• Maintain all lobby areas, keeping them free of trash and debris
• Assist the facilities department as needed
• Stand and walk throughout the campus during your shift

Must Have Qualifications:

• Open to learning and improvement

• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Accountability for your actions
• Good work ethic
• Custodian experience preferred
• Ability to lift 30 lbs
• Availability for shifts at 11 AM to 8 PM, 9 AM to 6 PM, or 8 AM to 5 PM
• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods
