Creative & Visual Design Develop and execute high-quality visual designs and supporting assets across print, web, and digital platforms that resonate with Bentley customers (architects, designers, and clients) ensuring all creative work aligns with brand identity and communicates the sophistication and innovation of the product offering. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital and print media.

Web Design & UX/UI

Collaborate and coordinate with external and inhouse designers and developers to bring concepts to life through clean, user-friendly interfaces ensuring web designs function seamlessly across devices and browsers. Create wireframes and mockups for web pages and galleries using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch-applying UX/UI principles with a focus on clear user flow, accessibility, and engaging design. Continuously refine and optimize digital touchpoints based on user interaction data, feedback and SEO best practices to enhance the overall experience.

Graphic Production & Asset Management

Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, including, but not limited to sample books, collateral, branded materials, signage, website design, and social media assets, from concept to execution, while meeting critical deadlines. Manage a high volume of digital production work, including resizing, retouching, color correction, versioning, and asset adaptation for various platforms and merchandising needs. Prepare and deliver precise mechanical files for print vendors, product packaging, and showroom graphics, ensuring quality control and consistency across all deliverables, including proofing and prepress checks. Maintain an organized digital asset library and file naming conventions for cross-functional use.

Marketing & Brand Integration Time management and communication with the team is critical for delivery of all Marketing projects. The Senior Designer takes charge of creative, fiscal and production responsibility for any given project and manages traffic flow with the Marketing Project Manager, especially regarding projects from other departments, such as: IT, Customs, PD, AEs, and HR. Duties also include acting as marketing team liaison to website management and IT services.

You have strong file management and production skills with a keen eye for detail and quality control, while managing a high volume of projects to meet critical deadlines. Technical Skills & Tools

Familiar with HTML/CSS and understanding of front-end development constraints and possibilities. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, Powerpoint. Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other industry-relevant design tools. Familiar with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace) a basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding of front-end development constraints and possibilities Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design or related field. Minimum six years of work experience as Art Director, or Graphic Designer, Website Management. Minimum six years of work experience with production platforms noted above. Comprehensive understanding of interactivity and the web Strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision In depth experience with all Microsoft applications. Excellent English both verbal and written, to include communication skills for presentations. 2-3 years' experience in website management, usability, and analytics, managing back-end website content, website re-design, graphic design and user interface Willing to work varied hours and weekends when necessary.

Starting pay range: $73k-83K
