We are seeking an experienced ERP System Administrator with strong communication and leadership skills to administrate and maintain VitalEdge ERP system and supporting software products.

Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the ERP systems (VitalEdge ERP) New user system setup (ERP) and training Managing/resolving user support calls/tickets Participating in the planning, designing, documenting, implementing, testing and support of business systems/applications Point of contact to the business teams and ERP users in troubleshooting system issues and processes Minimum Qualifications

4+ years combined ERP system administration and support experience with progressively responsible assignments Working knowledge in Microsoft SQL Demonstrated proficiency using BI application tools and report writers Strong analytical skills and problem solving Strong interpersonal and communication skills Organizational ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and shifting priorities The ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team environment Experience translating business requirements into meaningful reports. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with all levels Proven time-management skills and attention to details Strong Microsoft Office skills
