- Multidisciplinary collaboration with thoracic surgery, oncology, and radiology, with active participation in tumor boards and lung nodule clinics
- Very competitive Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowship program with opportunities to teach and mentor fellows, residents, and students
- Academic appointment at the Assistant , Associate or Professor level, with strong institutional support for research and innovation
- Protected OR time for procedures, NO ICU coverage
- Light weekend commitment: only 4 weekends per year
