Full-time About the ***** We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive
Property Manager
to oversee a portfolio of family-owned residential properties in Los Angeles. This is a
hands-on, full-time role
ideal for someone with a deep understanding of local rental laws — especially
RSO (Rent Stabilization Ordinance)
compliance — and a proven ability to manage both administrative responsibilities and on-site operations. You will be based primarily out of our
Sherman Oaks office
, with occasional travel to properties as needed (approximately 10% field work). Key ***** Ensure full compliance with
Los Angeles RSO
and all applicable tenant laws Manage day-to-day operations using
Yardi
(or similar software) — including work orders, tenant records, rent tracking, and documentation Handle
accounts receivable
: collect rent, process payments, and manage tenant balances Draft, deliver, and track legally compliant notices, including rent increases and lease renewals Show vacant units to prospective tenants and manage the full leasing process Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for maintenance, repairs, and property improvements Maintain excellent communication with tenants and ensure timely resolution of issues Organize and maintain accurate records for all properties and tenants ***** Minimum 3+ years of experience in
property management
, preferably in the Los Angeles market Strong working knowledge of
RSO compliance
and local housing regulations Proficiency in
Yardi, DoorLoop
, or comparable property management software Excellent organizational and administrative skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities — both written and verbal Proven experience managing multiple properties and coordinating with vendors Must have
reliable transportation
