We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Administrative Assistant

to join our team. This role is far more than a basic clerical position; it's a critical support function that specializes in

creating, maintaining, and analyzing department-specific data and reports.

You'll be responsible for data management and effective business communication, working in a fast-paced setting to meet high work demands and deadlines.

Location:

100% onsite at 1779 W Yosemite Ave, Manteca, CA 95337 Schedule:

Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm Compensation:

$25/hr

Primary Duties & Responsibilities Data & Reporting Management:

Create, maintain, and edit specialty databases and spreadsheets. You will also analyze data for accuracy, identify and correct errors, and solve data-related problems. Business Communication:

Generate custom reports using Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, with a focus on clear and professional communication. You'll also compose correspondence and format documents in Word and PowerPoint. Administrative & Operational Support:

Utilize department-specific computer systems and software to perform various tasks. You must be able to organize and prioritize duties to meet high work demands and deadlines. Process Improvement:

Make recommendations for internal process improvements based on your observations and data insights.

Qualifications Experience:

A minimum of two years of clerical or secretarial experience is required. Experience within a healthcare environment is strongly preferred. Skills:

You must have intermediate-level proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite

, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook, and be able to pass a software test. The ideal candidate will also have strong organizational skills and a proven ability to prioritize a high volume of work independently. Work Requirements:
