Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Alabama for a Project Manager – Owner’s Representative. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Additional tasks include preparing reports, assessing project risks, and providing expert guidance and decision-making to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications Bachelor's / master's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field Experience in construction management, construction scheduling, and budget management Knowledge of risk assessment, forensic investigation, and reporting Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder coordination skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional certifications in construction management or project management are a plus Experience in high-stakes construction projects and legal proceedings is advantageous
Salary To be determined after interview based on skill level and experience.
