Our client, a reputable commercial general contractor, is seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead tenant improvement (TI) projects in the hospitality and restaurant sectors. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in commercial construction and a passion for delivering high-quality spaces on time and within budget.
Oversee day-to-day operations on hotel and restaurant TI projects Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve delays or issues Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders Manage site documentation including daily reports, RFIs, and change orders
Minimum 5 years of experience with commercial G.Proven track record managing tenant improvement projects in hotels or restaurants Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools Bonus Skills
Experience with coastal construction or hurricane-resistant design Familiarity with Florida building codes and permitting processes
