Position Overview

As a Freelance Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with our Art Director to produce compelling visual assets that support our campaigns, brand, and communication goals. This role is ideal for an independent designer with strong production skills, creative flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple projects on deadline.

Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Art Director to execute production design across multi-channel campaigns Design for print including signage, flyers, handouts, and marketing collateral Create email marketing templates and visual content Develop engaging social media graphics with an awareness of current design trends Organize and maintain digital assets, including files, photos, and design templates Follow established brand guidelines and help expand visual systems across platforms Contribute to basic website-related design needs (WordPress knowledge a plus) Optional but ***** video editing (traditional or social media), motion graphics, photo retouching

Requirements 2+ years of graphic design experience (freelance or in-house/agency) Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma, Canva, or similar tools a plus Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout for both digital and print media Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact) Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus Excellent time management skills —

ability to meet deadlines and deliver work in a timely manner is a must Strong communication skills and responsiveness in a remote/freelance work environment Portfolio of relevant work is required

Job Details Freelance / Contractor position ***** 10–20 hours per week, with potential for project-based increases Flexible hours; remote work available Workload may vary week to week depending on project needs
