Position Overview

We are seeking a

Project Manager / Estimator

who can manage smaller commercial projects while also supporting the estimating and pre-construction process. This role is ideal for someone who can move seamlessly from preparing bids to working with the field team to ensure successful project delivery. The right candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to build strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and the internal team. They will keep projects on budget, on schedule, and up to our high standards of quality. Responsibilities

Pre-Construction / Estimating Attend pre-bid meetings and review plans, specifications, and scope requirements Prepare accurate and competitive estimates when needed Solicit, review, and select subcontractor bids Prepare complete bid proposals and submit on schedule Project Management Manage smaller commercial projects from kickoff to closeout Coordinate with field supervisors and subcontractors to keep work moving Maintain project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed Buy out subcontractors and manage purchase orders Ensure invoices are prepared and sent on time Oversee RFIs, submittals, and change orders Monitor quality and safety standards on job sites Keep job sites organized, clean, and compliant Expected Outcomes

Accurate estimates submitted on time that win work Projects delivered on schedule, within budget, and to specifications Subcontractor and vendor relationships strengthened through clear communication and fairness All project documentation, billing, and reporting completed promptly and accurately Qualifications

5+ years in commercial construction project management and/or estimating Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts Experience with project management and estimating software (Procore, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar preferred) OSHA 30 certification preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits
