Assistant Project Manager
to join our Austin team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of construction and wants to play a key role in bringing projects to life. You’ll work alongside experienced project leaders to oversee and drive all phases of construction projects — from planning to execution. You’ll collaborate directly with contractors and designers, monitor budgets and schedules, and ensure every detail aligns with contract specs. Help plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines.
Review job sites for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Support contract preparation and negotiations with architects, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
Help lead project teams, troubleshoot issues, and keep stakeholders aligned.
Contribute to quality control, environmental protection programs, and overall project success.
Bachelor’s in Construction Management (or similar) preferred.
Experience in
commercial construction
(K–12 preferred).
Knowledge of
CSP or JOC projects
.
Project management experience with strong organizational skills.
