Full-Time About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Construction Superintendent
with a strong background in managing
luxury condominium projects
from ground-up through final turnover. This is a full-time (direct hire) position that will work onsite in
Pewaukee, WI
from
7:00am-4:00pm Monday – Friday. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered
on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
expected in high-end residential construction. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to lead subcontractors and field staff while maintaining close communication with project managers, owners, and design teams. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily field operations for high-end condo construction projects. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met. Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Enforce site safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, materials, and compliance with specifications. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and owners to address design challenges and implement solutions. Provide accurate daily/weekly reports on project progress, schedules, and field conditions. Ensure high-end finishes and custom details meet luxury condo expectations. Lead punch-list completion and final turnover process. Qualifications 10 -15+ years of superintendent experience , preferably with luxury condos, high-rise, or high-end multifamily projects. Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing. Proven ability to deliver projects with
premium finishes and attention to detail Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. OSHA certification or strong safety management background preferred. Computer literacy preferred. Proficiency with scheduling software, construction management tools, and digital reporting.
