Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Home Loan Specialist to join our mortgage lending team. The ideal candidate will guide clients through the home loan process, from application to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of mortgage products and lending regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in selecting appropriate home loan products based on their financial needs and goals. Evaluate loan applications, credit reports, income documentation, and property details. Provide clear and accurate information about loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and internal lending policies and procedures. Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and real estate professionals to facilitate timely loan closings. Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust. Stay current with market trends, lending regulations, and new mortgage products. Meet or exceed sales and service goals.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Proven experience in mortgage lending, banking, or financial services. Strong understanding of home loan products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Proficiency in loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) registration required.
