An educational opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a K-12 school for the 2025/2026 school year. This in-person, Monday through Friday position offers a chance to work closely with six classrooms, each with no more than eight students, providing specialized behavioral support across both elementary and secondary grade levels.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students in six classrooms
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
Conduct functional behavior assessments to guide interventions
Provide training and support to classroom staff on behavior management techniques
Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to behavioral services
Qualifications:
Valid BCBA certification required
Experience working in educational settings preferred, with K-12 student populations
Ability to manage multiple classrooms and coordinate with staff effectively
Strong communication and data analysis skills
Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes through evidence-based practices
