A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available to support a K-12 educational setting on a contract basis. This role is designed for professionals experienced in applied behavior analysis within school environments. The position is located in Fort Worth, TX, and operates on a school calendar year (CSY) schedule. Responsibilities: Provide behavior assessment and intervention planning for students. Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement behavior support plans. Monitor and evaluate student progress and modify plans accordingly. Offer training and guidance to school staff on behavior management techniques. Document and maintain records in compliance with school policies and regulations. Conduct observations and data collection as needed to inform interventions. Qualifications: Current BCBA certification. Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred. Strong knowledge of behavior analytic principles and practices. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
