Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager / Scrum Master with strong experience in cybersecurity, cloud, and application-focused environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, driving Agile processes, and ensuring delivery of secure, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and delivery in line with organizational priorities.
• Oversee cybersecurity, cloud security, web applications, and vulnerability/threat management projects.
• Utilize Azure DevOps to streamline processes, track progress, and manage workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders to define project goals, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with security and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear updates and resolving conflicts.

Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Project Management and Scrum Master roles.
• Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP or equivalent).
• Proven experience in cybersecurity, web applications, and cloud security projects.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability management and threat management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for process and project tracking.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical background (Java, SQL, etc. helpful but not mandatory).
