As we expand operations into Atlanta, we are seeking a driven Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile projects, manage client relationships, and drive operational excellence.

Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of complex façade and glazing projects in the Atlanta region. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring successful delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a strategic leadership role with opportunities for career progression as we continue to grow our U.S. presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout on façade projects.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure project success.
  • Serve as primary liaison with clients, general contractors, architects, and consultants.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and on-site execution.
  • Drive risk management, contract administration, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Mentor and support project engineers and assistant project managers within the team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen client relationships.
  • Represent the company in Atlanta as a senior leader, contributing to its reputation and growth in the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years’ experience in project management, preferably in façade, cladding, or specialty construction.
  • Proven track record of delivering multi-million-dollar commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, financial controls, and scheduling software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience, mentoring junior staff and managing project teams.
  • Familiarity with Atlanta construction markets a plus.
