We’re seeking a Production Designer with strong graphic design skills to help shape and refine installation manuals and technical documentation . This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who thrives on clarity, consistency, and precision. You’ll be the go-to person for applying design best practices across instructional materials, ensuring that complex information is both visually appealing and easy to understand.
What You’ll Do
- Update, design, and format installation manuals, datasheets, and technical documentation
- Maintain consistency across all materials, from spacing and fonts to alignment and brand standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to create design templates and best practices for instructional materials
- Work primarily in Adobe InDesign to produce polished, production-ready files
- Develop or refine visual elements—diagrams, icons, and light illustrations—to enhance instructional clarity
- Support scalable processes for ongoing documentation updates
- Review and quality-check materials for technical accuracy and visual consistency
What We’re Looking For
- Strong expertise in Adobe InDesign (plus familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools)
- Background in production design, layout, or technical documentation
- Keen eye for typography, formatting, and detail
- Ability to translate complex instructions into clean, intuitive visuals
- Bonus: Experience creating diagrams, icons, or light product renderings
