**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our BRAND NEW ASSISTED LIVING & MEMORY CARE. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality resident care and support, working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient welfare.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess and monitor patients’ conditions, accurately documenting observations and interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with nursing standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Oversight of CNA's and quality of care.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Respond to medical emergencies with prompt and appropriate interventions.
- Maintain a clean and safe healthcare environment, ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and professional organizations.
**Qualifications:**
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN license.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are desirable.
**Work Environment:**
- Fast-paced clinical setting requiring standing for extended periods.
- Exposure to various medical conditions and potential infectious diseases.
- Shift work, including nights and weekends, may be required.
