Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

! Job Summary The Director of Dining Services, reporting directly to the VP of Operations, holds duties related to day-to-day operations of a designated client account. This hands-on position entails a need for excellent communication and client relationship building skills and strong operational leadership with expertise in catering and cafe management.
This position offers a desirable Monday through Friday schedule (some evenings required). You will work alongside a salaried culinary manager and oversee a small hourly staff.
Key Responsibilities: Manages day to day operations of an account Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments Oversees financials as it pertains to the account Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training
Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of three years of foodservice operation experience Previous experience managing financials including budgets and weekly reporting Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company Associates at Restaurant Associates are offered many fantastic benefits.
