Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the monthly financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and external standards.
Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to support liquidity planning.
Oversee monthly financial consolidations across multiple business units, ensuring consistency and integrity of financial data.
Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance and support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
Prepare variance analyses and present findings to senior leadership.
Support ad hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis to guide strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
