About the Role:

As a Warehouse Associate in the manufacturing industry based in Denver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and finished products. Your efforts will directly impact the smooth operation of the supply chain by maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting timely order fulfillment. You will collaborate closely with production teams, logistics personnel, and quality control to uphold safety standards and operational excellence. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet daily targets. Ultimately, your contribution will help the company maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Pay rate: $21.68 Hourly

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Basic math and reading skills to accurately process orders and inventory data.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift operator certification or experience operating warehouse machinery.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming shipments to verify contents and condition.
  • Organize and store materials and products in designated warehouse locations to optimize space and accessibility.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance within the warehouse environment.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and resolve any issues promptly.
