Position Summary:
At Blue, join our collaborative team and contribute to our commitment to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. Here is what you would do in the role of an Administrative Assistant in the audit department(s) onsite full time at our Louisville location:
- Prepare professional correspondence, engagement letters, proposals, presentations, various other reports and mailings; this includes advanced word processing, mail merge projects and manual preparation of documents.
- Print and bind documents.
- Organize, track, and maintain various spreadsheets and files from a variety of sources.
- Occasionally answer phones, coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, and professionally greet clients, guests, and vendors.
Position Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Administrative Assistant/Office Administration role within in a professional services environment.
- Proven experience using advanced functions within Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Experience using PowerPoint, Acrobat and fx Engagement is a plus.
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating with all levels within an organization.
- Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines; highly detail oriented.
- Self-starter, deadline driven individual who is technologically savvy with strong attention to details.
- Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 20 pounds, sit for long periods of time and use a laptop computer.
