The Opportunity
They are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Project Manager to oversee commercial glazing projects from start to finish. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and take on impactful projects that shape the skyline.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial glazing projects simultaneously (new builds & renovations).
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and project deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Coordinate with clients, general contractors, architects, and internal teams.
- Lead project meetings and provide timely communication and updates to stakeholders.
- Support field teams by troubleshooting challenges and providing solutions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or APM (glazing background required).
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and documentation.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
