Overview:

Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Project Manager to lead geotechnical construction projects from start to finish. This role involves both field and office work, requiring strong leadership, planning, and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to meet project specifications.

Use construction management tools (e.g., ProCore, HeavyBid, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance.

Develop schedules and allocate resources efficiently.

Prepare accurate estimates and budgets.

Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Travel required; vehicle allowance provided.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

Proven experience in construction project management.

Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.

Proficiency in project management software.

Excellent time management and analytical skills.

Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.

Familiarity with contract negotiation and compliance is a plus.

Flexible schedule and entrepreneurial mindset.
