Job Description

The Role


As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated B2B marketing campaigns and corporate events. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with client services, creative, event production, and business development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.


Key Responsibilities


Project Ownership


  • Manage end-to-end delivery of B2B marketing campaigns, virtual and in-person events, and lead generation programs.
  • Ensure alignment with client goals and internal performance metrics.


Client Engagement


  • Act as a client-facing contact when required, providing proactive updates and managing expectations.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.


Internal Coordination


  • Collaborate with internal teams (account management, sales, creative, operations) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Allocate resources effectively and manage cross-functional workflows.


Vendor & Partner Management


  • Coordinate with external vendors, venues, and tech partners to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.


Timeline & Budget Control


  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and budgets.
  • Track milestones, manage risks, and ensure financial accountability.


Campaign QA & Delivery


  • Oversee quality assurance across all campaign assets and event deliverables.
  • Ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.


Performance Reporting


  • Monitor campaign/event performance using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
  • Compile post-campaign reports and provide actionable insights.


Process Improvement


  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and delivery processes.
  • Contribute to operational excellence across the agency.


Required Experience


  • 3+ years of project management experience in a B2B marketing or events agency.
  • Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns and lead generation programs.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet).
  • Experience working with global teams across time zones.


Preferred Qualifications


  • PMP, CAPM, or similar certification.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital campaign workflows.
