Chesapeake Search Partners is hiring: Project Manager in Austin

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from take-off to closeout. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact on your projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle
• Manage project budget
• Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
• Manage project billings
• Create and manage submittals, RFI's, MSDS, shops drawings, procurement, budgeting, change orders and forecasting.
• Provide monthly QC report to stakeholders
• Utilize project management, accounting, and estimating software(s) to achieve overall project success.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Commercial construction with a preference in Division 7,8,9 on new commercial projects
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Industry knowledge and ability to read civil, architectural, structural, MEP, and RCP construction plans.
• Detail-oriented
• Strong Budgeting background
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Procore, BIM 360, Timberline, Bluebeam, Field Lens, estimating, and accounting software experience.
