Our Client is a Dallas-based general contractor known for building high-quality commercial, multifamily, and hospitality projects across Texas. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team, where they are dedicated to delivering projects with precision, innovation, and integrity while fostering long-term relationships with our clients and partners!
Projects range between $500k - $15M in value.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality expectations are consistently achieved.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to drive project success.
- Oversee project financials, including contracts, change orders, pay applications, and cost tracking.
- Lead the project team, providing clear communication and direction to field staff and subcontractors.
- Uphold company safety standards and ensure compliance with all jobsite requirements.
- Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong, professional relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (experience will be considered in lieu of degree).
- 5-10 years of commercial and/or multifamily construction experience as a LEAD PROJECT MANAGER required.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost controls.
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore experience a plus).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
