We’re seeking a skilled and driven Architectural Project Manager to join our growing team at RKAA Architects, Inc. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing projects from initial concept through to a complete set of construction documents. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.
This position is on-site only. Remote work is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and production of complete construction document sets.
- Serve as the primary liaison with engineering consultants, ensuring seamless coordination across disciplines.
- Manage and maintain project schedules from the design phase through permitting.
- Collaborate closely with internal team members and external consultants to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Oversee code compliance and quality control throughout all project phases.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional architectural experience, including experience managing projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, CAD standards, and documentation procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; Revit experience is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- $1,000 Signing Bonus upon successful completion of 90 calendar days and a satisfactory performance review.
