Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in Java development, with hands-on experience in technologies like Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs.
• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and provide guidance to development teams.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus
